Corporal Matt Rawlings is a member of the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit stationed in Fort Benning, Ga. He was the first American to shoot 600 points in a Men's 10m Air Rifle competition and a two-time NCAA Individual Champion. He advises junior shooters to "never give up."
