Event(s): Trap

Began shooting .22 caliber rifles through 4H when he was in the sixth grade where he quickly advanced in ability enough to compete at Nationals.  However, he lacked interest in purusing further.  When he discovered the Burlington High School Trap Shooting team, he found an instant fit.  Walker is quickly making a name for himself with his intense work ethic and desire to be the best which accounts for his dramatic rise up the international trap rankings in the U.S.  He finished 34th at the 2014 Nationals and a few months later finished first at the Fall Selection Match in Tucson, Arizona.  He backed that up with a silver-medal performance at the 2015 Spring Selection match.

He has plans to own/operate his own CrossFit gym someday.  Loves to fish.  Eats a peanut butter & jelly sandwich during every match. Attends Lindenwood University, as part of their ultra-successful shotgun program and their 12-year national title run.  Hopes to one day be a phyical therapist.
