USA Shooting Announces 514 Junior Shooters Invited to Participate in 2012 National Junior Olympic Shooting Championships

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (February 3, 2012)

usasUSA Shooting has officially released the first round of invites for the 2012 National Junior Olympic Shooting Championships (NJOSC) for Rifle and Pistol.  Talented junior shooters from across the country will compete April 13-30 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.  Athletes qualified for a berth to the NJOSC match via top scores at State Junior Olympic Championships.

Match Director Pete Carson said, “We are excited to host this match for the 19th time.  This match is an excellent opportunity for junior athletes to pit their skills against other peers and fuel their Olympic dreams.”
