Junior Olympic Shotgun Update: NJOSC WILL PROCEED AS SCHEDULED

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 12, 2013)

As many of you may know now, the Colorado Springs region is once again dealing with the devastating impact of forest fires that began Tuesday. While we pray for the families and lives impacted, we want you to know that the fire is presently more than 45 miles away from our Shotgun Range on Ft. Carson and that our National Junior Olympic Shooting Championships for Shotgun WILL PROCEED AS SCHEDULED.  There is NO CHANCE for this Black Forest fire to even reach anywhere near the Ft. Carson Shotgun range.

Guests will have to deal with the smoky conditions and availability of hotel rooms could become a factor given the number of evacuations currently taking place.

We'll be sure to keep you updated should any new information arise.
